Monsters.

Your screams send shocks down my spine to my toes
this has become such a communication breakdown
eyes watering from the whip lash my bones begin to hurt
your head is in the clouds but there is nothing left to feel
forget about the monsters creeping under your bed
'''
Learn how to disappear completely survive off of prison food
bang goes my mind breathe in these stories of silence
become just another pretty face in a crowded room of uglies
every mess invented pours from your lips like it's make believe
it's not that we're scared we've just forgotten how to love
'''
The way we come undone is a mystery to every scholar
let this daydream become routine strangers dance in the sky
this is important if we meet again let the tension go
constellations spin around lose me when you connect the stars
I have fallen for a monster creeping under my bed
